Single Serve Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon butter
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- cracked pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped uncooked broccoli
- ⅔ cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- ⅔ cup cooked pasta
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium low heat.
- Add the butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, cracked pepper, and parmesan cheese.
- Stir until melted, then add the broccoli. Let this cook until the broccoli is tender crisp.
- Add the chicken and pasta, stir to heat through.
- Place in dish and top with more parmesan cheese!
