Beef Barbacoa Bowls Family Dinner

Ingredients

cooked chuck roast
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
½
cup
beef broth
1
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons
salt
2
teaspoons
garlic powder
1
tablepoon cumin
2
teaspoons
oregano
Instructions
Break up the cooked chuck roast into large chunks on a half sheet pan.
Mix all the ingredients (except the beef) in a bowl.
Pour the mixture on top of the beef.
Roast at 400ºF (tossing everything once) for about 15 minutes until the edges of the beef are just starting to crisp.
Notes
Serving Suggestion: We like to eat this on top of rice with cooked peppers/onions, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and chips!
