Ingredients

oil
I used coconut oil

cup
quick cook rolled oats
I used gluten free
Splash of salt & cinnamon
½
of a diced apple
2
glugs of maple syrup
A handful of chopped nuts
I like to use pecans and almonds
Instructions
Sauté in a large pan on medium heat till the oats and nuts are crispy and the apples are starting to soften
MANY recommend enjoying a little greek yogurt on top!
